Shipping

Crosshairs will normally ship your purchase within 2-3 business days, unless the item is out of stock. Please contact Customer Service for approximate lead times. All lead-times are estimates. Some items are unique, one-of-a-kind, in short supply and hard to obtain; Crosshairs reserves the right to cancel your order should the item(s) not be available to ship.

We cannot guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive in tact. Damaged goods must be reported to the carrier. Crosshairs insures all outgoing shipments and will submit a claim to the insurer once the circumstances and proof of damage is received and verified by Crosshairs.

Normal shipping is UPS Ground or the US Postal Service, however we reserve the right to use other common carriers or mail services. If you need faster shipment, we can ship 2nd Day or Next Day for an extra charge. Alaska and Hawaii residents must order 2nd Day or faster delivery. Products that have free shipping only apply to delivery addresses in the lower 48 states.

Crosshairs makes every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. During sales, weekends and the Holiday Season your order may not ship within our normal shipping time. In this instance Crosshairs will make every effort to ship your purchase as soon as possible.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Crosshairs for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return the product(s) with the RMA number in the original unopened box within 10 days after receipt of the product(s). Crosshairs, in its sole discretion, will exchange it, offer store credit, or offer a refund less a 25% restocking fee if the customer opened the original box or a 15% restocking fee if the original box is unopened, based on your original method of payment plus the shipping costs.

Please note that Crosshairs does not permit the return of the following products: Special Orders and products that are configured to your specifications; Products sold “as is” or “used” that have been installed or used after receipt; Firearms, Ammunition, Electronic Devices, Body Armor, Hearing Protectors, Lasers, Rangefinders, Optics, Night Vision, Thermal Vision, Scopes, and Lights. Most of these products are covered under the manufactures warranty, and must be returned to the manufacture for repair or replacement by the customer.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns;  either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss to the product during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking and that there is a 30-calendar day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
